TX Global Smart Alerts include the following pieces of information:

- Date and timestamp
- A summary of the incident
- Link(s) to original and supplementary sources (local news, social media, official government communications)
- Map of the alert location(s) including proximity to the user’s assets (for Tiers 2 & 3 subscribers)
Smart Alert Queue
Alerts are also available through the TX Global web portal. In the Smart Alert Queue, alerts are sorted in reverse chronology and can be viewed by map or list view and further filtered by region and topic.
Smart Alert Email Sharing
Alerts can be shared to other emails from the Smart Alert Queue.
