How do I set up and customize my TX Global subscription?

After activating your account, you will be guided through the setup process in TX Global where you can select alerts and settings. For Advanced and OMNI subscribers, you can also add geospatial assets.

What if I don’t like it?

We’re confident you will love TX Global. But if not, simply cancel within 7 days and pay nothing.

What upgrades are available?

We offer three subscription plans: Basic, Advanced, and OMNI. Upgrade your plan from your account settings at any time. To add more users, geospatial assets, and for general product questions, email us at support@swanisland.net. We are happy to help!

How often are alerts issued?

Alerts are issued continuously and vary based on current global conditions and the feeds you select. We issue alerts via our unique hybrid publication model: machine automation plus analyst curation.

How do I control the number of alerts that I receive?

You can select specific feeds based on region and topic in addition to the central global alert feed included with every subscription.

How many dashboards are included?

The Basic plan includes 3 global dashboards. Advanced and OMNI plans include 10+ global dashboards. All plans include the COVID-19 Crisis Dashboards.
