How do I set up and customize my TX Global subscription?\u00a0<\/span><\/h3>

After activating your account, you will be guided through the setup process in TX Global. You will make your alert selections and configure your alert stream. For Tier 2 and 3 subscribers, you can also add your geospatial assets.<\/p><\/div>

What if I don\u2019t like it?\u00a0<\/span><\/h3>

You\u2019ll like it! There is a 7-day trial option so you can test drive the service before you buy (valid credit card required), and cancel before the payment is processed. If TX Global doesn\u2019t meet your needs, you can stop your subscription any time before the end of any month by notifying us either through the site or via email (support@swanisland.net).<\/p>

Are upgrades available?<\/h3>

You can move up to a higher tier of service within TX Global by using the web site<\/a> or by emailing us (support@swanisland.net). If you need to add more users, geospatial assets, or have other requests, please reach out and we\u2019ll help you get what you need.<\/p>

How often are alerts issued?<\/h3>

Alerts are issued continuously by our unique hybrid publication model, from our analyst curation process and and our machine automation alerting system. The number will vary based on the current conditions in the world and the number of feeds you have selected to subscribe to.<\/p>

How do I control the number of alerts that I receive?<\/h3>

You can select specific feeds based on region and topic, in addition to the global priority alert feed included with every subscription. More information about Alerts\u00a0<\/a>here<\/a>.<\/p>

How many dashboards are included?<\/h3>

Tier 1 subscribers receive 3 global dashboards, as well as the COVID-19 bundle. Subscribers to Tiers 2 & 3 receive access to at least 10 global dashboards in addition to the COVID-19 bundle. Read more about dashboards<\/a>.<\/p>

Is there a way to build or customize my own dashboards and alerts?<\/h3>

All TX Global subscribers can choose among a selection of threat monitoring dashboards. TX Global Tier 2 and 3 subscribers can customize alerts associated with geophysical assets.<\/p>
