From Research to Scalable Platform

Founded in the early 2000s to address critical gaps in information sharing and situational awareness, Swan Island Networks initially collaborated with U.S. federal agencies on intelligence integration and resilience initiatives, developing frameworks to unify fragmented data into operational insight.  Those methodologies were later refined and productized for commercial deployment. In 2009, the company launched Trusted Information Exchange Service (TIES), establishing its first scalable platform for enterprise situational awareness. TIES evolved into TX360, the company’s current SaaS platform, which delivers intelligence monitoring, targeted alerting, and shared operational dashboards.

Today, TX360 enables security providers and enterprise organizations to deliver intelligence-enhanced protection at scale.

Information Sharing

TX360 supported the NYC Metropolitan Resilience Network (MRN), a regional information-sharing and situational awareness initiative comprising more than 400 credentialed organizations across business, government, and critical infrastructure sectors.

The initiative was led by New York University’s International Center for Enterprise Preparedness (INTERCEP), a research center focused on organizational resilience and operational agility. The program was established in response to lessons learned from major regional disruptions, including Superstorm Sandy, reinforcing the role of shared intelligence and coordinated situational awareness in strengthening resilience.
